EVENT FORMAT:
The Federal President’s Summer Festival, also known today as the Federal President’s Citizens’ Festival, has a long tradition of being hosted by our head of state in the Bellevue Palace Park. The aim is to honor and showcase the social and civic engagement of private individuals and companies. The festival is a place for encounters, communication, and social exchange between representatives from politics, government, business, and society, and especially the country’s citizens.
With the Citizens’ Festival, the Federal President emphasizes the high importance of volunteer work for civil society. From 2006 to 2014, CB.e was responsible for the complete organization and implementation of the summer and citizens’ festivals.
AREA OF EXPERTISE:
From 2006 to 2012, we were responsible for various tasks. These ranged from invitation and guest management, to researching, approaching, and subsequently supporting sponsors, as well as organizing sponsor receptions and tours with the Federal President. One of the main tasks was selecting suitable companies with appropriate “CSR projects” that matched the respective theme of the festival.
