For the first time since the COVID pandemic, the global sales team of a leading biotech group is meeting for an annual kick-off conference in Berlin. In addition to informative event content, communicative elements are to be integrated into the agenda to promote team building. To meet these requirements and inspire the diverse workforce, an extensive location search and selection process was carried out, offering participants a varied and diverse program.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We were intensively involved in the annual kick-off conference, both conceptually and in its preparation. We were also primarily responsible for the execution of the three-day conference.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
