Siemens Energy invited 5,000 employees and their families to a Family Day at a production site in the heart of Berlin. In addition to an extensive entertainment program featuring live music, interactive sports activities, and a wide variety of culinary offerings, visitors were given the opportunity to see their family members’ workplaces firsthand while operations were ongoing.

We were responsible for the complete concept and planning. The challenge was to develop a mobile entertainment program that reached all visitors across the entire factory premises. Additionally, it was essential that all 5,000 visitors could obtain food and drinks anywhere without long wait times. The successful implementation is well-documented in the video report.
